The Los Angeles Rams, the champions of the 2021 NFL National Football Conference, are seen as odds-on favourites of the 2022 Super Bowl by international sports betting sites.
Bookmakers offer betting odds of 1.50 (-200 American; 1/2 Fractional) on the Rams to win the NFL final, which equals a probability of around 64%. The Los Angeles team has won three NFL championships to date, the last one being in 1999. Interestingly, at the time the Rams were playing for St. Louis, and not for Los Angeles.
The odds on their opponents in the 2022 Super Bowl, the Cincinnati Bengals, are equal to 2.70 (+170; 17/10) — or an approximate chance of 36%. The Bengals have never won the NFL, while their last American Football Conference championship before 2021 was in 1988.
The 2022 Super Bowl will start at 6:30 p.m. ET (11:30 p.m. GMT) on 13 February 2022.
